Evaluating The Site

We have created our process to ensure that through this stage; we can really understand if projects are real. It is the key stage, outlining the foundations of the project or not; as the case may be.

Understanding You and the Site

In most cases, we will carry out a site visit to fully understand the context of a project; whether a new build or a re-modelling of a home. We ask questions, we listen to your brief and we explore. We want to understand as much as we can from this initial visit so that when we get back to the studio, we can use this research and our expertise to outline what we believe can be achieved for your project.

Sometimes, the projects and dreams, simply cannot be realised. Especially in Protected Areas, where there are many regulations and legislations to be aware of that can restrict or nullify development.

Our Evaluation process provides us with initial understanding of the site; we do a desktop study of planning policy and together as a team, discuss if the brief we have discussed can be achieved in full, in part, or not at all.

Honesty and Integrity

We want to create your new home, but will only do so if there is an inherent reality that a project can be achieved. We have created this part of our process to ensure that we can provide professional advice as part of a paid service. It avoids abortive project costs, for schemes that were never really possible; that can be far costlier to clients and is why we do this initial stage.
