Your New Home
Starts Here
We take you, our clients on a journey, working through each stage of the process as we create a new home, a new experience.
With the complexities before us in today's world of ecological and sustainable needs - we need to design holistically and we do. We not only feel a space, we understand it.
As we move to a new carbon neutral world, our architecture has moved with it. We care passionately about our planet and have developed knowledge through our own Net Zero journey over the last 10 years. All homes we work on are designed to be Passive House Standard, Low Carbon, Carbon Neutral or Retrofit Upgrade. Sustainability is not added on, its embedded within our designs.
Each of us is different, with varying needs and wants. Each site is different. We navigate you through each aspect of a project with our wider design team. To create your unique and sustainable home.
Originality is what we do. If you want an original, please read on.
Evaluating the Site
Our most important stage, the beginning. It is where we explore the site and the constraints; both architecturally and planning wise, allowing us to gauge if we can realise the project.
Realising the Project
This is where we will collate the wider design team members required to help us form your new designs. This stage is where we gain further insights into constraints and thoughts ahead of the creation stage.
Creating the Design
The exciting part! Where the designs start to form. We explore the concept with you, through modelling, sketches and design workshops. At the end of this stage you will have a very good idea of what your new home looks and feels like.
Submitting the Design
Once your concept has been signed off by not only yourselves but your design team; we can then progress though to the submission stage of the process. This involves the key information about the project that shows compliance with the National Planning Policy.
Developing the Design
The most detailed part of your project used to be how you figured out the actual build. Now, as we design more sustainably in the earlier stages, this stage is effectively building the new home on paper. Working very closely with the engineers and manufacturers, we ensure every detail is considered and co-ordinated.
