Melanie Clear was a Guest Speaker at RIBA’s flagship National Conference. Guerrilla Tactics 2024 offers insightful business skills for small to medium-sized architectural practices and Melanie was part of a roundtable panel discussing how to negotiate the planning landscape.

Another planning consent already for a re-use development within the Hertfordshire Green Belt.Formerly an equestrian barn and stables, our proposal will cleverly convert the old stables and re-purpose the old portal frame into a 2 bedroom lodge and 4 bedroom family home.

Ecstatic to have gained planning consent so soon into 2024, for our bold development of 5 sustainably designed homes on a disused Brownfield site of 33 derelict asbestos ridden garages, set on the banks of the River Ching in London E4.
