Planning Granted for Green Belt Development in Hertfordshire

Planning Granted for Green Belt Development in Hertfordshire

After a long process, we are delighted to have planning consent granted for Kimpton Grange, a historic property in Kimpton, Hitchin.  This clever and thoughtful transformation of the existing vicarage grounds is nestled within the Hertfordshire Green Belt and will provide added community benefit.

Our project will create a new future for the Grange.

The development will include a mix of dwellings. 6 in the converted Grange itself with a further 3 lake houses and 2 garden houses, designed to be operationally net zero.

The site itself has been designed with the Lead Local Flood Authority to ensure a Sustainable Urban Drainage Scheme, so that our development will not impact the surrounding land and houses, only enhance it. All tied neatly together with the landscape scheme which embodies the essence of the project of enhancement; with a Biodiversity Net Gain of 51%.
