A new partnership has been established between T-Space and Clear Architects, with Clear Architects now handling all new enquiries and bringing their extensive knowledge of Wanstead and the London Borough of Waltham Forest to every project.

One of our latest projects, in the picturesque Danbury Conservation Area, has gone on site this month. An extensive refurbishment will revitalise this mid-century home with a modern interior and sustainable upgrades to improve thermal efficiency.

We are thrilled to receive planning consent for our own ‘Hansel and Gretel’ new build home in the New Forest National Park.

We are extremely pleased to receive planning consent for a new, highly sustainable family home in the village of Theydon Bois. The project involves the demolition of a 1960s house (so we could improve on a fabric first design) on a private cul-de-sac, adjacent to the Green Belt.

After a long process, we are delighted to have planning consent granted for Kimpton Grange, a historic property in Kimpton, Hitchin.
