Overview
A sustainable, replacement dwelling working hard within its design as it navigates he steep level constraints posed by the 6-meter slope from front to back and neighbouring daylight and privacy concerns. The finished structure features an elegant design balancing the traditional with contemporary aesthetics. Our client-driven traditional, symmetrical frontage includes twin gables, double-fronted bays, and a feature arched entrance with modern bronze window frames and cast stone detailing - a tying togther of old and new. The rear form is significantly more modern in design, featuring steps in the façade to break up the form and create harmony with the neighbours who both supported the scheme. A big help at the planning committee.
We capture the views of the landscaped gardens and track the sun path, through our thoughtful positioning of window/door openings.
