Clear Architects founder, Melanie Clear, has been announced as a finalist in the Best Woman Architect category of the Women in Construction & Engineering (WICE) Awards 2018.

Clear Architects has received planning approval to bring a beautiful Art Deco cinema - The Regal - in Highams Park, East London, back to life. The development is an ambitious multi-million-pound project which includes a restaurant and 34 residential apartments, in addition to a two-screen 'arthouse' cinema complex.

Clear Architects has been granted planning permission to re-modernise and transform a 'tired' Victorian Property on Loughton, Essex. The existing manor house inspire the design ethos but with cutting-edge contemporary additions to greatly enhance this home for a new generation.
