Clear Architects have been asked to participate in an Agents Forum at Waltham Forest Council this month to develop an industry standard for the validation process for planning consents.
The invite from the Council’s Head of Planning comes as a result of Clear Architects’ relationship with the Council and the mutual trust, which has seen us work together towards a common goal.
The Forum will consider the careful balancing of the commercial reality of preparing detailed plans, often at considerable cost to the client, with the expectations and demands of the planning department.
