Clear Architects Chosen for 'Ugly House to Lovely House' on Channel 4

Channel 4 programme Ugly House to Lovely House, staring TV architect George Clarke, has chosen our project Forest View to feature in their current series.
The show follows the journey required to transform your home from ugly and dysfunctional, to a lovely space with natural flow. Each episode sees a different architect take on the task of redesigning a house within a specified budget.
Employing an architect who believes in your dream is a main theme for the programme, as clients are shown the beautiful snippets that transform their ideas into something special.
Forest View is used to show the clients an example of what can be achieved with thoughtful design, to create dramatic architecture which is practical and will stand the test of time.
The programme has come under fire from some quarters for failing to keep projects on budget, however a good architect should present a dream scheme – initial designs are deliberately brave to stretch the imagination.
Of course, not everybody will want or be able to go for the ‘grand design' – but that’s where our role as architect comes to the fore, by ensuring clients spend their money wisely and make the most efficient use of their budget.
Channel 4'sUgly House to Lovely House is airing on Thursdays at 8pm now!
