We are all-electric with a Honda e!

We are super excited to announce that we have our first practice all-electric car for the team to use, the Honda e. It has a range of more than 125 miles, so is perfect for clean air arrival, meaning our sites visits will now be much more environmentally friendly! Becoming green architects is our mission; in our designs, as well as our studio.

Our new Honda e joins our Tesla power walls, PVs and rainwater recycling – so we are certainly getting there!

We cannot wait until lockdown ends so we can get it on the road. We hope it will get its first outing in the spring sunshine…

A new partnership has been established between T-Space and Clear Architects, with Clear Architects now handling all new enquiries and bringing their extensive knowledge of Wanstead and the London Borough of Waltham Forest to every project.

One of our latest projects, in the picturesque Danbury Conservation Area, has gone on site this month. An extensive refurbishment will revitalise this mid-century home with a modern interior and sustainable upgrades to improve thermal efficiency.
