Planning Granted for Creative Homes in Hertfordshire

Well what a start to 2024!  Another planning consent already for a re-use development within the Hertfordshire Green Belt.

Formerly an equestrian barn and stables, our proposal will cleverly convert the old stables and re-purpose the old portal frame into a 2 bedroom lodge and 4 bedroom family home.

The properties will be built with outstanding sustainable credentials and ecological enhancements for the site, with a combined on-site C02 reduction of 76%.

Our designs echo the Government’s aim for the highest quality of architecture to be at the forefront of planning applications. Our high-levels of design bring forward success.

The two homes are of differing architectural forms due to the conversion. They take on a modern interpretation of rural buildings, embracing sustainable features as part of the design evolution.
