We’re a close-knit team working across all stages of a project, from early research and planning strategy through to detailed design and delivery on site.
There’s a strong emphasis on:
- attention to detail — not just in drawings, but in thinking
- ownership — taking responsibility for your work and seeing things through
- engagement — with the project, the team, and the wider process
Depending on experience, team members are typically involved across multiple stages. Early stages might involve research, testing ideas and developing concepts; later stages move into resolving design, technical coordination, and making sure what’s been imagined can actually be built —and built well.
