At Clear, we have created a London-style architectural practice committed to improving the built environment in which we live, work and play.

We believe that team culture helps you achieve more; together.

We know how important team culture is and have a Talent Consultant as part of our team; who helps us understand each other better so that we can work together to create a stronger team. After all, a unified team always delivers a superior outcome.

It’s not all about work here though, we also play as a team. We have annual social events including the Clear Bowling tournament and twice annual Swing Ball Championships as well as the all-important Easter Egg Hunt! We have team lunches every 6 weeks with a culinary delight created by one of the team to share with colleagues and of course the inaugural Christmas Do!

We also like to give back and have an annual charity event where we raise money for a cause that is important to one of our colleagues. We work together to help raise money for those less fortunate than ourselves.

We are proud to be an ambitious and competitive bunch, working closely alongside each other on a wide range of residential and commercial projects to deliver the best in design and architecture.

At HQ, we work in a set of white boxes set within a landscaped garden that’s great in the summer, especially for BBQ’s. We’ve extended the building twice so we get to create in a building that we created!

We are based in Loughton, Essex, easily accessible to London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. We love that wherever you go, you can’t help but pass through different parts of the ancient woodland of Epping Forest. The type of work we do is so concentrated and detail orientated that it’s great to get perspective with a walk in the forest!
