Arron

Arron Breedon is a Chartered Town Planner and Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) with experience in both council and private practice, and is our Planning Director.

Having worked with the practice for 10 years, Arron joined us in 2018 at Director level, which we feel gives the practice a competitive advantage in terms of planning applications. Clear Architects are experts in developing smart planning strategies, with a success rate of 82% over the past 10 years – find out more here.

Arron feels that the successful partnership of planning and architecture lies in intelligent planning strategy and justification, alongside highly commended architectural quality.

“I enjoy the challenge of finding planning solutions to create successful planning applications, much like I enjoy the challenge of night kayaking across the Solent!” reveals Arron.

He has worked in New Zealand, as well as the length and breadth of the UK, assisting clients with planning appeals and planning applications. He has also worked as an expert witness in public inquiries.
