Talented Architectural Assistant/Technologist

We are looking for a talented, self-motivated person to contribute to our team. We are renowned for specialising in sustainable and high-end design led residential properties both refurbishment and new builds in London and the South East of England.

We like to build unique and beautiful homes from smaller developer to luxurious one offs – all our projects create better environments to live in.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Minimum 4 years post qualification in RIBA Stage 4-6
• Sound knowledge and experience of the UK Building Regulations and other Statutory Requirements for residential build
• Understanding of sustainable design practices
• Excellent graphical skills and use of AutoCad and Revit
• Confidence in working as part of a team both internally and externally
• RIBA or CIAT qualification
