Clear Architects are proud to announce the launch of its YouTube channel, beginning with drone footage of the Wyvern House site at the start of construction and laying of foundations.

This short video shows the very start of the project, where we see the land around the court excavated. It also shows the following stage – the construction of the concrete pile foundations.

Wyvern House is an architecturally bold, residential new build. Situated on the site of a former tennis court, the building is positioned within the garden of a Grade II listed property in Loughton, Essex. The new five bedroom residential dwelling is expected to be completed in late summer 2018.
