Substation conversion has received planning approval

Approval has been granted on our former substation conversion plans in Leytonstone, with the new property creating nine luxury apartments. The Substation is ideally located next door to a superstore and less than 500m from Leytonstone station and its exterior walls will serve as the basis for a completely unique design.

By retaining the current shell, this property offers an exciting chance to make a striking architectural statement whilst honouring our dedication to sustainability.
