Clear Architects have received planning approval for Leytonstone substation conversion

Approval has been granted on plans to regenerate a former substation in Leytonstone into nine luxury apartments. The substation is ideally located next door to a superstore and less than 500m from Leytonstone station and its exterior walls will serve as the basis for a completely unique design.

By retaining the current shell, this property offers an exciting chance to make a striking architectural statement whilst honouring our dedication to sustainability.
